Documentation Assistant [Philippines]


 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder in any business related programs.
  • With at least 1year relevant experience.
  • Have worked with developer companies and real-estate industry. (an advantage)
  • With excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Can multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete and timely review based on Bureau of Internal Control's standards Revenue (BIR), Assessor and Treasurer's Office, and Registry of Deeds (RD).
  • Accomplishes the documentation needs and coordinate the pre-works with Accounting, Finance, and the Consolidation Division (RCD).
  • Guarantees prompt BIR CAR, title, and tax declaration releases by working closely with liaison officers.
  • Get the supporting documentation required for title transfer, tax declaration transfer, and tax RS inscription, encumbrance cancellation, declaration reclassification, simple subdivision,
  • Prevents penalties, secure assessments and assure complete and precise payments.
  • Obtains correct and up-to-date information regarding the status of accounts endorsed to different government agencies.
  • Keeps track of the Liaison's work flow

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
