Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder in any business related programs.
- With at least 1year relevant experience.
- Have worked with developer companies and real-estate industry. (an advantage)
- With excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Can multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Complete and timely review based on Bureau of Internal Control's standards Revenue (BIR), Assessor and Treasurer's Office, and Registry of Deeds (RD).
- Accomplishes the documentation needs and coordinate the pre-works with Accounting, Finance, and the Consolidation Division (RCD).
- Guarantees prompt BIR CAR, title, and tax declaration releases by working closely with liaison officers.
- Get the supporting documentation required for title transfer, tax declaration transfer, and tax RS inscription, encumbrance cancellation, declaration reclassification, simple subdivision,
- Prevents penalties, secure assessments and assure complete and precise payments.
- Obtains correct and up-to-date information regarding the status of accounts endorsed to different government agencies.
- Keeps track of the Liaison's work flow
