Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented Software Project Manager to join our unique team of Program Management

As a member of the Program Team, you will interact with all company’s disciplines (R&D, Operations, Field, Finance, Management etc.) and will make project-related decisions on a daily basis.

Our Group:

The Program Team is built of multidisciplinary Project Managers, managing cutting edge technology projects end to end, and leading the division roadmap planning and execution.

What you'll be doing:

• Overall responsibility for SW projects from requirements to customer deployment
• Managing the content, priority, risk management, quality, schedule, support & budget of the project
• Receive & understand requirements from Product Managers & other requirements providers
• Understand & facilitate development methodologies
• Matrix management facing groups both within and external to the division

What should you have?

• Over 5 years of experience in SW project management
• B.Sc in in engineering or science field, M.Sc is an advantage
• Strong software technical product and system understanding
• Strong management skills in a complex and dynamic environment
• Excellent inter-personal & communication skills
• Good understanding of SW development processes (Agile and Waterfall)
• Highly motivated & fast learning person
• Advantage for candidates with multidisciplinary work experience
