Missions:
- The Marketing and Customer Success Specialist is the core member for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and communication plans to promote the Xcelerator with the Marketing and Customer Success Manager together.
- Support and coordinate the building and maintaining of strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our offerings or services.
- Be the core member to drive user growth, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and monitoring and analyzing marketing performance (LTC) to identify areas of improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing and Customer Success Manager to implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve the business objectives, such as new offering launches, roadshows, events, reference sites, etc.
- Be creative in creating valuable, relevant and consistent messages to attract and acquire Siemens' Xcelerator target audience - with the objective of awareness, demand generation and leads generation.
- Good skills in content creation (whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, presentations) in close alignment with content experts and external agencies based on business priorities.
- Support the distribution campaigns for created content (social media/paid campaign, thought leader engagement, media positioning, etc.). Effect the created content in an impactful manner.
- Be the core member for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts (e.g., WeChat ecosystem) of Siemens Xcelerator in China.
- Be sensitive with digital marketing strategies across the whole customer journey from customer acquisition to lead management, with strong orientation of building seamless customer experiences that provide value while meet business needs.
- Drive data-iteration based (Xcelerator marketplace for example) platform development to continuously delivery high quality and connected user experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to renew customer contracts and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Track and analyze customer success metrics, and report on customer engagement and satisfaction to senior management.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify user needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including x-offering and sales, to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Use analytics tools to monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, partners, and industry organizations.
- Identify and leverage new marketing channels and technologies to drive growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communication, IT or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of digital communication, data-driven marketing, integrated market communication, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- B2B digital marketing experience in Siemens related industries or High-Tech sector is a plus.
- The candidate must be data-driven and possess a strong growth mindset in driving change management and transformation.
- Excellence communication skill and demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams in matrixed environments.
- Be sensetive with customer success metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
