As a Marketing Specialist ,you will be responsible for assisting Trade Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and keep the brand image consistent in China by supporting on brand building, POSM material design and production as well as the (digital) communication. This role reports to Trade Marketing Manager and work closely with sales team.

- You’ll develop and design all center collateral materials according to the promotion plan, including gift box, sachet, DM, key image, banner, product catalogue and other designs of the company.
- You’ll manage website & social media updates while maintaining brand look and feel
- You’ll need to keep regular and smooth communication with GB&CD team on package adaptation
- You’ll follow up on the production of the POSM to ensure timely delivery and make sure the finished goods meet our standard
- You’ll manage and maintain graphic files, including kv, Center logos, photo and art shooting, as well as sponsor logos and photos and always keep them updated on the Lotus link
Profil
- An academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in designing related or a similar study field helps you build a strong theoretical base for your growth within Lotus Bakeries.
- Macintosh knowledge, good working knowledge of Quark Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Skillful with MS office software, especially PPT
- You have plenty of experience in POSM design and making, working experience with printers and other suppliers.
- Being proactive and willing to learn and take new challenge. You are the type of person who is organized and detail-oriented, as well as has the ability to handle multiple projects at once
