Main responsibilities

- In charge of bank account activities, such as opening/closing/annual review,etc…
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to bank account related, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Monitors and reviews related bank reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolves bank account and related discrepancies.
- Recommends, develops and maintains bank information in company required system
- Supervises the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's accounting systems.
- Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Profile
- Tertiary educated in finance or accounting
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, detail oriented and self motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office and accounting software. SAP experience is preferred.
