Job Summary:

As an Education Software Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our software solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our software can revolutionize their teaching and learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the education sector.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the education industry, including schools, school districts, higher education institutions, and e-learning platforms.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored software solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and coordinate sales campaigns in the education market.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and requests promptly to ensure a high level of customer engagement.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately track sales activities and progress using CRM software.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our software and establish industry partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the education technology landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the education or software industry.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
