We are looking for a team leader as Manager, Program Management to join the central PMO team. This individual will lead a central team of product and program managers and a virtual team of partners across Global Selling in ensuring the success of our platform.
Responsibilities:
This role will lead a team of product and program managers. He/she needs to be strong at performing deep dives to derive insights on Seller needs and market insights, identifying key pain points and needs, defining long term mission of the program, establishing internal and external program management framework to drive the positive flywheel. This roles needs to be excellent in engaging multiple stakeholder teams across Global Selling to build trust and connections, establish framework and mechanisms, deploy solutions, raise awareness, standardize operational and support processes. In addition, this role needs to be experienced in managing product development.

- Individuals with demonstrated ability to project manage, influence, and succeed across a multi-dimensional large internal organization are preferred.
